Julia Fisher talks to Benny Moges – For the past 70 years, since the state of Israel was formed in 1948, thousands of Jewish people have returned to live there from the four corners of the world. In 1991 the Israelis launched a daring operation to bring thousands of Ethiopian Jews to live in Israel. It was called Operation Solomon and one of the people who came is my guest today. He is called Benny Moges. Life would never be the same again for Benny – as he now explains.
