Julia Fisher talks to Shukri – My guest today is a Palestinian Christian living and working in the Old City of Jerusalem. His name is Shukri and he works full time as a youth pastor. He could be having a much easier life in America or elsewhere, but he has chosen to stay in Jerusalem because he has a passion to reach the Palestinian youth, most of whom are extremely disillusioned, and tell them about Jesus.
Our aim is to build bridges… To build bridges of understanding and support, in a spirit of reconciliation, between believers (both Jewish and Arab) in the Holy Land (Israel and the Palestinian Areas) and Christians worldwide.
