Julia Fisher talks to Salim Anfous – Today finds us back in Bethlehem. Salim Anfous is the youth pastor in one of the evangelical churches. His vision is to encourage the youth in his care who feel they are a minority within a minority. Salim recently took a group of teenagers from his church on a mission trip to neighbouring Jordan to help Syrian refugees. He wanted these young people to understand that they had something to offer people who had fled their homes and who had nothing. As you will hear, he was amazed at the results.
Our aim is to build bridges… To build bridges of understanding and support, in a spirit of reconciliation, between believers (both Jewish and Arab) in the Holy Land (Israel and the Palestinian Areas) and Christians worldwide.
