Julia Fisher talks to Rita Tsukahira in Haifa. Along with her husband Peter, they are leaders of a congregation in the north of Israel. Seven years ago, Rita unexpectedly found herself having to care for refugees entering Israel illegally. This was not something she was anticipating so I asked her, what happened?
