Julia Fisher talks to Shira Sorko-Ram, who, forty years ago, along with her husband Ari, founded the Messianic congregation called Ma-oze. Shira has lived in Israel a long time and watched as thousands of Jewish people from all over the world have come to live in the land they call home. So, as Christians living in the West, what should be our response? I asked Shira to help us understand God’s heart by sharing with us some of the Scriptures that are speaking about the times in which we are living.
Our aim is to build bridges… To build bridges of understanding and support, in a spirit of reconciliation, between believers (both Jewish and Arab) in the Holy Land (Israel and the Palestinian Areas) and Christians worldwide.
